1. Types of Reports
We accept reports concerning the following categories of violations:

Description and Examples
(1) Domain Abuse (DNS Abuse)
Includes activities such as: malware distribution, botnets, phishing, pharming, and spam.
(2) Intellectual Property (IP) Infringement
Includes violations of: copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
(3) Content Violations and Illegal Activity
Includes violations related to: pornography, gambling, child abuse material, illegal activities, and fraud.
2. How to Report
You may submit complaints regarding domain violations to our dedicated abuse email address: abuse@rayname.com
Your report email must clearly provide the following details:
- Your name and email address.
- The specific domain name(s) being reported.
- The reported website URL(s).
- The category of the violation (e.g., Phishing, Trademark Infringement).
- A detailed description of the issue.
If your report concerns Intellectual Property Infringement, you must also provide, in addition to the above details:
- Documents proving the qualification of the rights holder, such as corporate identity verification. If the report is submitted by an agent, the agent identity proof and a letter of authorization are required.
- The grounds for the complaint and preliminary evidence materials substantiating the claim.
3. Processing Procedure and Feedback
We will complete the review of the reported information within 3 business days and proceed based on the facts of the case. We will notify you of the investigation status and the final outcome via email.
- If the details in your report are unclear, incomplete, or require further clarification, we will contact you via email and request supplementary materials.
- If you are unable to provide the requested supplementary materials, we reserve the right to terminate the current report and investigation.
